Transcripts

Your transcript is an official, certified copy of your academic record at UW-Stevens Point. It shows all the courses that you have attempted; all credits, grades, and degrees you have earned; and whether you have been placed on academic or non-academic suspension.

The transcript combines all of your UW–Stevens Point enrolled activity in one document. If you attended for an undergraduate and graduate degree, these are all included in your transcript and cannot be separated out by degree. Transcripts, like diplomas, are official legal documents verified by the University and signed by the University Registrar.
